Lillies have always reminded my sister and of our mother. They had the power to shift the energy of our home and renew our mothers spirits.
This piece is about rebirth. Two weeks ago I was in California witnessing the wildfires cloud the skies. It’s my hope that these events will serve as yet another reminder of the fragile relationship we have with our planet as we find a better more harmonious way to act as stewards of her lands and waters.
May we remember who and what we are, and begin to actively build a healthy cohesive relationship with our beautiful planet. Change starts with shifting ourselves and our actions one step at a time. Let’s start there.
